Friends of Fairfax Station

During the course of the year there are a number of times the Board needs assistance from the community. Examples are simple maintenance projects, e.g.

  • painting the fence at Pickett Pond
  • clean up along some of our streets
  • trimming of excessive vegetation
  • folding newsletters

We are requesting any and all volunteers step forward and offer a few hours a year (not a week or even a month) to help ensure our neighborhood retains its beauty and desirability. Please feel free to contact any Board member to offer your support or contact us at friends-of-fairfax-station@fshoa-va.com.

Attention Neighbors

  • Attention Middle and High School Parents!

Each year, Fairfax County Public Schools (as well as many private schools) has a requirement for students to participate in Community Service projects. This year, the Friends of Fairfax Station is going to organize some small projects in the neighborhood to help your student meet this requirement as a local volunteer.

If you would like to register your child for this program, please email us now at friends-of-fairfax-station@fshoa-va.com. We will contact you as projects are planned this fall.
