Nominations and Elections

On December 15, 2010 the Board of Directors established a Special Committee for Nominations and Elections. The committee is chartered with reviewing the current notification, nomination, selection and election process. Further, the committee is to make recommendations to the Board concerning the following items:

  • Notification of Pending Election and Call for Nominations
  • Responsibilities of the Nomination Committee
  • Issuance of Proxies and Ballot for conducting an Election
  • Accepting and Distributing Biographies of Candidates
  • Any other area related to the Election process that the Special Committee recognizes as integral to the fulfillment of a fair and legal process

The Special Committee is to make a formal recommendation for approval by the Board by the May 2011 Board meeting.

The Special Committee is composed of five members, with Steve Hurwitz, Chair, Grace Nozaki, Vince Burruano, Craig Eldridge and Al Carver.

The committee is still completing their work and will have more information available shortly.
